The Panj Takhat Yatra is a pilgrimage to the five most sacred seats of authority (Takhats) in Sikhism, each representing a cornerstone of Sikh history and governance. These Takhats are:
This pilgrimage is deeply spiritual, reflecting the core tenets and history of the Sikh faith.
9:30am-11:30am – On your arrival at Sri Guru Ram Das Jee International Airport Amritsar our representative will greet you and escort you to the NRI sarai/hotel to check-in
11:30am – 12:30pm – Travel to your accommodation
12:30pm-13:15pm- Arrive at your accommodation
13:15pm-14:30pm – Walk over to the langar hall for the delicious Langar. Experience the Sikh tradition of serving free meals to everyone, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion.
14:30pm-18:35pm – Tour of Sri Harmandir Sahib
18:40pm-20:15pm – Travel to Kesar Da Dhaba, Chowk Passian for the exclusive Dinner
20:15pm-21:30pm – Tour of Sri Akal Takhat
21:30pm – Return to your accommodation to retire for the day at your leisure.
04:00am-07:00am – We will be waking up in the ambrosial hours (amrit-vela) to witness the sacred departure of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s Palki Sahib from Sri Akal Takhat Sahib to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Then take the opportunity to bathe in the holy scared water (sarovar) and hear the morning prayers (nitnem) whilst sitting inside Sri Harmandir Sahib.
07:00am-08:20am – Walk over to the langar hall for delicious meal in the langar. We will partake in minimum of 15 min sewa ( serving / washing / preparation).
08:20am-08:30am – Walk back to accommodation
08:30am-11:00am – A short power nap may be required to help restore your energies for the rest of the tour.
11:00am-12:20am – Tour of Jallianwala Bagh
12:20pm-13:45pm – Tour to the Central Sikh Museum
13:45pm-15:30pm – Walk over to Bharawan Da Dhaba for the famous mouthwatering Amritsari Kulchas that leave you craving for more
15:30pm-18:00pm – Enjoy a free afternoon to relax or explore Amritsar independently. You may want to:
-Sit inside Sri Harmandir sahib or by the sarovar and enjoy more of the beauty, tranquility and blissful kirtan
-Spend some time doing joreha di seva at the jorah ghar
-Endulge in some shopping through the Amritsar famous markets where you will be spoilt for choice
18:00pm-20:30pm – Travel to Sarhad Restaurant for a lavish dinner near the famous Wagah Border
20:30pm-21:50pm – Travel back to your accommodation and relax for the night.
05:00am-06:00am – Breakfast: At a local Dhaba
06:00am-06:40am – Check out from your accommodation
06:40am-12:00pm – Travel to Takhat Sri Damdama Sahib ji
12:00pm-13:00:pm – Lunch: We will stop for restroom and tea/coffee to have along with our packed sandwiches
13:00pm-15:30pm – Commence with travel to Takhat Sri Damdama Sahib ji
15:30pm-16:30pm – Arrive at your accommodation
16:30pm-17:30pm – Tour of Takhat Sri Damdama Sahib ji
17:30pm-18:15pm – Tour of Gurdwara Burj Baba Deep Singh
18:15pm-20:00pm – Attend Evening Prayers at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib. Witness the spiritual fervor as devotees gather to offer prayers and listen to the melodious hymns. Later on you don’t want to miss witnessing the display of the rare collectibles of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s rifle, a mirror, a Persian sword, Tega of Baba Deep Singh ji, Pothi Sahib of Baba Deep Singh Ji, a transcribed copy of ‘Adi Granth’ and more.
20:00pm-21:00pm – Dinner: Guru ka Langar at Takhat Sri Damdama Sahib
21:00pm-21:10pm – Walk back to your accommodation to retire for the day at your leisure.
07:00am-08:00am – Breakfast: We will start the day by having Guru ka Langar at Sri Damdama Sahib
08:00am-08:30am – Check out from your accommodation
08:30am-11:00am – Travel towards Takhat Sri Keshgarh Sahib in Anandpur Sahib (city of bliss)
11:00am-12:00pm – Lunch: New Tejay Family Vaishno Dhaba
12:00pm-15:30pm – Travel towards Takhat Sri Keshgarh Sahib in Anandpur Sahib (city of bliss)
15:30pm-15:45pm – Arrive at Takhat Sri Keshgarh Sahib
15:45pm-17:00pm – Lunch: Tea/Langar at Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib. We will partake in minimum of 15 min sewa ( serving / washing / preparation).
17:00pm-18:15pm – Tour of Takhat Sri Keshgarh Sahib. We will sit inside the Takht to listen to the melodious shabad kirtan. You will do either 1 Chaupai Sahib or 5 min Waheguru Jaap inside the darbar.
18:15pm-18:35pm – Tour of Gurdwara Sri Manji Sahib
18:35-19:20pm – Walk to your accommodation. Check-in and get fresh
19:20-20:45pm – Walk over to Khalsa Punjabi Dhaba for a traditional Punjabi dinner
20:45pm-21:00pm – Walk over to Takhat Sri Keshgarh Sahib
21:00pm-22:00pm – Enter the Takhat by 9 pm and be seated. At this hour the top khalsa servicemen display (daily) various weapons Guru ji used. The live & informative commentary on each weapon instills a thrill. Each weapon is displayed with fervor and put to bed along with Guru Granth Sahib ji. (Avoid taking photos as it is not allowed)
22:00pm – Return to your accommodation and relax for the night.

07:00am-08:00am – Breakfast: We will start the day by having Guru ka Langar
08:00am-08:30am – Check out from your accommodation
08:30am-09:40am – Tour of Qila Anandgarh Sahib,
09:40am-11:00am – Tour of Qila Lohgarh Sahib
11:00am-12:15am – Tour of Qila Holgarh Sahib
12:15pm-13:25pm – Tour of Qila Fatehgarh Sahib
13:25pm-14:45pm – Tour of Qila Taragarh Sahib
14:45pm-15:00pm – Lunch: Enjoy your lunch at Alpine Dhaba
16:00pm-18:30pm – Travel to Chandigarh
18:30pm-20:00pm – Arrive at your hotel
20:00pm-21:00pm – Dinner: We will enjoy the buffet dinner at the hotel restaurant
21:00pm – Retire for the day at your leisure. Make sure you catch a good night’s sleep as you will be catching a early morning flight the next day.
03:00am-07:30am – Check out from your accommodation and travel to Chandigarh Airport. Breakfast will be at the airport
07:30am-09:20am – Flight to Jayprakash Narayan International Airport, Patna
09:20am-10:45am – Collect luggage and exit airport
10:45am-11:45am – Travel to Takhat Sri Patna Sahib
11:45am-12:45pm – Arrive at your accommodation
12:45pm-13:45pm – Lunch: Enjoy a hot meal prepared in the Langar at Takhat Sri Patna Sahib
13:45pm-15:30pm – Do darshan inside Takhat Sri Patna Sahib
16:30pm-18:00pm – Free time to relax
18:00pm-20:00pm – Join for the evening prayers (Rehras Sahib) at the Takhat, followed by a beautiful aarti-arta ceremony. After you will get to see the sacred shaster (relics) of Guru Sahib with the detailed description and stories that come with them.

21:00pm – Return back to your accommodation and rest for the night.

18:30pm- 20:30pm – In the evening, you will attend the evening prayers (Rehras Sahib), Aarti and Shastar Darshan at Sri Hazur Sahib. The relics of Guru Gobind Singh Ji will be showcased followed by a detail description.
20:30pm-21:50pm – Walk over to Domino’s Pizza for a special treat on the final night of your yatra
21:50pm-22:00pm – Walk back to your accommodation and retire for the day at your leisure.
